our service and support team deliver a quick and effective service, we never leave you without coffee or a working machine.
your gear will be put on a service cycle, tailored to your needs, which must be maintained as part of our agreement in loaning you the equipment. these regular checks not only ensure your equipment keeps working well for you and making great coffee, but it also reduces the risk of major breakdowns at inconvenient times.

we offer training and education that allows you to produce top-quality coffee, every day. it is required to complete full staff training on how to brew and use eighthirty coffee.

we offer on-site and in-house barista training programs and off-site workshops and education sessions. we focus on the specific needs of each business, and work on building a strong and consistent team of baristas to get there.

we offer a variety of workshops that can be hosted at your venue. from our team running coffee educational workshops to one of our most popular experiences is the eighthirty flavour challenge—a fun and interactive way to test your taste buds and bring your team together. this challenge is perfect for coffee drinkers who are keen to challenge their palates.
during the challenge, our expert team will guide you through the process, teaching you how to identify flavour and taste, explain processing methods and characteristics specific to each origin.
