From the Western Highlands of Papua New Guinea comes Kindeng, a naturally processed single origin with plenty of character. Around 1,500 smallholder farmers contribute to this community lot, bringing together coffee grown in small garden plots across the region.

Slowly dried on raised beds over several weeks, this coffee develops a rich, fruit-forward sweetness. Expect notes of black cherry jam, bright citrus and chocolate liqueur, with a bold, layered profile that really comes alive as a filter brew.
