ASPROTIMANA is an association of various small hold farmers located in the Timana Huila region of Colombia. The association was formed over a decade ago by Robinson Figueroa Hernandez and is best known for it's progressive processing methods. Only the best coffee is selected, which is washed, and then long fermented over 36-48 hours to produce a clean and sweet cup.
