Ethiopia Aricha


Most coffee that comes out of Ethiopia comes from a mill or co-op and this lot is no different. Various local farmers from the slopes of Rift Valley deliver their ripe cherries to the Kebel Aricha Mill in Yirgacheffe. Once the cherries are sorted and processed they are then taken to be hulled in Addis Abba mill which is 5 hours away.
