Course overview

• A brief introduction to coffee

• Introduction to espresso recipes

• How to adjust your variables

• How to steam milk

• How to build your drinks

• How to clean your machine

This class is run over 2 hrs and is recommended as an essential building block for all further espresso education. It is equal parts theory and hands-on practice time using our professional coffee machines.

Classes are kept small to ensure that you get to spend time on the machines.

You will leave armed with course notes and a bag of coffee so you can go home and practice your new-found skills!
